Kolter Urban, a prominent developer based in Palm Beach County, and Coastal Construction, a renowned general contractor, started last year construction on the Selene Oceanfront Residences located at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale Beach. This luxurious beachfront condominium, comprising two towering structures, promises opulent living spaces and stunning panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the city skyline. Last summer's foundation pour was a significant milestone, lasting an impressive 13.5 hours. A meticulously coordinated effort involving 190 cement trucks for the East Tower and 145 trucks for the South Tower resulted in the precise laying of 1,900 cubic yards and 1,450 cubic yards of concrete, respectively.
