Hollywood Moon, a new boutique condominium development, has officially launched sales for its limited collection of 48 residences in Hollywood Beach, Florida. Developed by Unilog Group, the project aims to offer a blend of modern coastal design and luxury living.
Hollywood Moon will rise 21 stories along the shoreline, offering sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by Adache Group Architects, the building features a contemporary aesthetic with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, expansive balconies, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The development includes 48 residences, ranging from one- to five-bedroom units. Floor plans vary in size from approximately 1,100 to 2,250 square feet, with wraparound balconies, Italian-crafted kitchens, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
Residents will have access to over 20,000 square feet of curated amenities, including:
Infinity-edge oceanfront pool
Wellness spa with steam, sauna, and salon
Fitness center with panoramic views
Open-air Moon Lounge for evening gatherings
Private clubhouse and business center with a chef’s kitchen and conference spaces
Hollywood Moon will provide 86 parking spaces, ensuring ample availability for residents. The development is expected to be pet-friendly, though specific restrictions and policies have not yet been detailed.
Pricing for residences starts at $1.1 million, with variations based on unit size and location within the building.
Hollywood Moon is scheduled to break ground in Q4 2025, with an anticipated completion date in Q4 2027.
