Miami’s Brickell neighborhood is set to welcome a new luxury development as Juneau Construction Company and Property Markets Group (PMG) officially break ground on One Twenty Brickell Residences. This dual-tower mixed-use project promises to redefine modern city living with its blend of high-end condominiums and rental apartments and will add to the vast options for luxury condo complexes in Brickell.

 

A Landmark Development in Brickell

Located at 120 SW 8th Street, One Twenty Brickell Residences will feature two towers designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors crafted by Cotofana Designs. The first tower will rise 37 stories, offering 266 fully furnished condominiums, each accompanied by a deeded office suite. The second tower, standing 41 stories, will house 537 rental units managed by Sentral Management Platform.

 

The development will also include more than 10,000 square feet of retail space and 606 parking spaces, ensuring convenience for residents and visitors alike. The two towers will be connected by a shared podium, integrating their design and amenities seamlessly.

Residents of One Twenty Brickell Residences will enjoy an extensive array of amenities tailored for both relaxation and productivity. The condominium tower will feature 60,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, including:

Strategic Financing and Market Impact

PMG secured a $413 million construction loan from Ares Real Estate Fund and Monarch Alternative Capital, marking the largest financing deal in South Florida this year. The strong demand for luxury residences in Brickell is evident, with 91% of the condominium units already pre-sold.

 

PMG’s decision to incorporate both condominiums and rental apartments reflects a strategic shift to meet market demand. Originally planned as a single 46-story tower, the project evolved into a dual-tower development, offering a mix of ownership and rental opportunities.
