In the main dashboard you have the ability upload a profile and banner image personalize your experience when managing your Condo Journey and interactions with your professionals. You can define your Area(s) of Interest within the Condo Journey experience and motivation for exploring condo living.
Our user portal offers a curated action list that assists you at every step of your condo adventure. Whether you are exploring potential complexes, making a purchase, or planning a remodel, our guided roadmap provides detailed steps and valuable tips to help you achieve your goals effectively.
To access the planning tool, you would select the My Condo Journey link from the left sidebar of main dashboard screen. This will bring you to the planning screen that includes a “To Do” list for each of the 7 phases of your Condo Journey. For each phase you will see a prepopulated list of activities that Condo Journey recommends you consider to complete your project.
The planning tool allows you to edit an existing checklist item or delete if not applicable and new items can be added by selecting the “+” in the top right corner of the screen. You can add a check mark to each item as they get completed to show progress towards completing your project.
Document your condo experiences with our personalized journal feature. Effortlessly upload photos and write entries to keep track of your progress and memories. This feature not only helps you stay organized but also allows you to reflect on your journey, the condos you explored, remodeling inspiration images, furniture options that could work in your space or share your story with others.
Overall, the My Condo Journey dashboard provides you with one central location to manage your personal experiences with your evolution into the condominium lifestyle.
Create and maintain a collection of your preferred complexes, locations, articles, news, and trusted service providers with our Favorites Hub by selecting the icon. This centralized space ensures that all your top picks are easily accessible, making your condo journey more organized and efficient.
One of the standout features of Condo Journey is the access to a trusted business directory of Condo Journey verified service providers. Gain exclusive access to vetted condominium service providers, complete with integrated email tools to effortlessly manage your projects. From real estate agents and contractors to interior designers and property managers, our certified professionals are here to support you.
To assist you in identifying and organizing your professional team Condo Journey’s directory of service providers have been screened to ensure they have experience working within condos. This significantly reduces the risk as those included with have the proper license, insurance and is bonded if necessary. Part of the screening process includes evaluating online reviews, evaluation of business stability and an active and updated online presence.
Condo Journey has defined three levels of recommendation we have included with each provider. A “Verified” service provider is a company that has undergone extensive online research verification conducted by Condo Journey. A “Certified” service provider has undergone extensive online research and have also been personally interviewed by Condo Journey, adding an extra layer of assurance. Finally, an “Endorsed” service provider has undergone extensive online research, personal interviews, and have been utilized by Condo Journey or someone within their close network, further affirming their credibility and reliability.
When assembling your team you can select the favorites icon (heart) within the Professionals Dashboard for each service provider you are interested in exploring for your project. When in a Service Providers dashboard you can also set the provider as a “Favorite” or can “Send an Inquiry”. This allows for the user to send a confidential direct message to the Service Provider and enable all communications to be monitored and acted on within the User Portal.
Once you have down selected to the desired providers select the My Favorites tab in the user dashboard and see the list of selected providers under the My Professionals tab. This allows for easy access to their dashboard and also can begin your interaction with the provider by selecting the “Contact” button within the My Favorites menu or mail icon within the My Professionals menu. Similar to the Send an Inquiry button any communication with the provider can be accessed from the portal.
The My Messages tab can be used to track all communications with your provider team. Regardless of whether you send a message from the Inquiry within the provided dashboard or from the My Favorites or My Professionals tabs in the User portal all messages will appear within the My Messages tab.

You will also get access to detailed specifications and the walkability, public transit, bikeability and noise levels in the neighborhood around the building.
Our proprietary scoring system allows you to evaluate condominium complexes effectively. Access detailed scores based on various factors, such as location, amenities, and community feedback. This feature empowers you to compare complexes and choose the one that best suits your needs.
